Recreational
For children aged 4 and above, we offer Recreational Gymnastics classes for both girls and boys. These classes range from one hour beginners classes, 1.5 hours intermediate classes to more advanced 2 hour classes.They are tailored to help the attending children benefit from an active lifestyle.
Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline. Classes are allocated based on age and ability.
Recreational classes get booked up quickly and places are offered on a first come first served basis. If classes are full, you will be offered a place on our waiting list. Our classes run throughout the week, and on Saturdays during the day. Gymnasts should wear either leggings / shorts, t-shirt or a leotard to their lessons. Long hair must be tied back and no jewellery is to be worn.
