Squad

Our elite team train at a very high level and have had great achievements, gaining medals regionally and nationally over recent years. Our Squad members are selected by invitation only. We have a development programme which caters for gymnasts aged 5 years and up. We have several different squads that train a range of hours across the week.

Our Women’s Artistic gymnasts train on all four apparatus and compete at Regional, National and International competitions. Gymnasts for these squads are selected by experienced coaches following an initial trial. The gymnasts are chosen because they demonstrate natural physical ability and potential.
